Construction Superintendent 

The Ideal Candidate for this position has construction experience preferably in a supervisory capacity.
They must have a working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, field engineering, scheduling, quality control and safety regulations.
Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
Be able to complete daily reports and maintain logs of key activities including taking daily photos.
Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to the project manager.
Manage and update the 3 week look ahead project schedule.
Direct field personnel according to the project plan and company policies & procedures.
Obtain or verify that the subcontractors have all necessary permits for construction purposes.
Ensure that all work is performed consistent with the contract and will meet or exceed client expectations.
